Luggage Tags

I've been busy working on my website (itspersonaldesigns.com) and I'm so excited to see it go live in the next couple of weeks!  I've also been working on luggage tags that can be customized with your favorite fabric colors.  The tags can be quilted or monogrammed with your name or initials.  The back of the tag includes a vinyl pocket for a business or address card and will be available to order on my website for $10 each.

Monogrammed Purse Mirror



Monogrammed purse mirrors are cute as a button!  The mirrors can be customized with your choice of fabric and a single initial or multiple initials.  The mirrors are 3" and come in a sheer organza drawstring pouch for $10.

Owl WIth A Heart

It is so much fun having a baby in the family again.  And even more fun that it belongs to my brother and sister-in-law!  For this Valentine's Day I made Landrie a bib, burp cloth and stuffed animal from this cute little owl.  I love it so much I'm trying to think of other ways to use this little owl.

More Valentine Gifts

I love holidays because I get to make gifts!  I made these for my powder room to give it a little lift before our last neighborhood gathering.

 Yes, that is embroidered toilet paper. A lot of people have asked me how to use the toilet paper as they are unrolling it. It is for decoration only! However, if you need to use it you simply tear off the piece with the embroidery. The rest I'll leave up to you.




Here We Go!

Here we go with my first attempt at blogging!  I've been thinking about it for a while and trying to decide if I should go with the blog or a website to showcase my embroidery.  Since I like to spend so much time creating gifts and embroidering I finally decided to start with the blog.  Hopefully one day soon I will transition into my website itspersonaldesigns.com.  Until then we'll have to see how the blogging goes.

I'm feeling so much more organized now since my husband, with a lot of help from the neighborhood gang, built me two great tables for crafting.  Now if I can keep the little girls out of the room long enough to keep it clean I will post a picture. 

I spent most of the fall creating items for our neighborhood holiday vendor fair but since we are well past that time of year I thought I should start my blog with some of my Valentine Day gifts.  Some of my favorite new items are created with covered buttons.  They can be put on giant paper clips that can be used to gather papers or mark your page in a book.  I also use buttons to make magnetic clips that can stick on your fridge or a file cabinet.
